1. Why did you want to become a kindergarten teacher?
     - I want students to enjoy learning and I feel if you have a fun educational experience in kindergarten, that will carry over into the future. So my goal as a kindergarten teacher is to instill a love for learning.
2. What do you like to do outside of teaching?
     -Camping, hiking, kayaking, getting together with friends, listening to music and reading.

3. Where did you go to college and what degree(s) did you receive?
     -I attended Grand Valley State University and I received a B.S. in Anthropology, a B.A. in Education and a Major in Social Studies.
 

4. What has been your most interesting job?
     -I worked for a nonprofit company called USagain; it is a company that collects clothing and redistributes them to people in need. I went around Chicago trying to get businesses to put a collection bin outside of their building. It was very interesting.
 


 
5. Where is your hometown?
     -Grand Rapids, Michigan
6. What is your favorite part about CTA?
     -The people: that includes the staff, parents and of course the students.
